A group of Central Illinois Soers gathered for the Day-Before-Memorial-Day Celebration with savory food and, of course, a fierce bags tournament! Partners are drawn out of a hat, brackets made, and winners get the summer to gloat before the next tourney: Labor Day!

It's Final!

Frank & I went to court today to finalize Ryan's adoption. Everything went well!! Here are a couple of pictures from today. Ryan did very well. He impressed all of the ladies and was very flirty :) The judge was very complimentary of Ryan.

He is now officially (in the eyes of the law) our son! Enjoy the pictures.

Finalize Adoption!

Hey All. I finally figured out how to post to the blog! Anyway...Frank & I are going to be finalizing Ryan's adoption tomorrow at 1:30 pm!!! That is when everything becomes official in the eyes of the state of IL.
We will post some pictures this week!

Ryan Soer Wedding in December

Hey everybody. This is actually Karyssa under Mom's name...I know it's the middle of February and we were in North Carolina in December, but with my birthday and Christmas and then Mom's birthday and school and the ACT, everything has been a little crazy. Plus I just figured out how to do this once I got my emails working again. So here are our pictures from the wedding...sorry if some are repeats.

A Central Illinois Valentine's Party

Many Central Illinoisans traveled afar to meet at none other than the Beardstown Elks to celebrate Valentine's Day with family. A good meal was had by all, followed by some exciting dancing (Sorry Craig, not a single person ventured on the head table this night!)
